FAQs

What does it take to book you for our special day?

For weddings photography and videography, all that is needed to book your shoot date is signed contract and a 30% deposit for weddings booked a year in advance, or a 50% deposit for wedding last minute weddings. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the shoot date. The specifics of your shoot will be detailed in your contract.

For all other shoots, a signed contract and a 30% deposit is required to book the date.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, insurance is a must have when dealing with a number of establishments. It is very important for us to protect our clients, our business, and the relationships with the venues we working in.

Are the RAW files available to the client?

99% of the time, we DO NOT sell or give the RAW files to the clients. This is mainly due to the abundance of images and how these images look prior to editing them. Since there are so many throw aways, we have to sort out the good from the bad, test shots, etc.

When will the photos be available to the client?

The general timeframe for completing an entirely wedding gallery is between 4-8 weeks. During the wedding season, we get pretty busy. So, this gives us enough time to cull thru the thousands of images and edit every individual photo so that it represents the story of the entire wedding day in the best way possible.

For engagement, portrait sessions, and event photography, galleries are delivered 2-4 weeks after photoshoot.

Are taxes included in the package price?

No, Washington state sales tax rate is currently 6.5%. Depending on the local municipalities, the total tax rate can be as high as 10.4%.

Do you own a studio?

No I do not personally own a studio but, I have access to a number of studio spaces that can be rented to accommodate your photography needs.
